Omega Random Container Unscrambler.

The omega container unscrambling machines are well suited for handling the majority of containers used in the pharmaceutical, toiletry and household product industries.

Containers loaded at random into the floor-mounted hopper. The elevator conveyor then transports the containers to the machine's pre-sorter disc upon demand. The containers are fed down an open tube to the orientation unit where they then drop into the pockets of the starwheel which ploughs them on to the infeed conveyor. Fully - interacting product back-up sensors ensure that the containers are delivered as required.
